What Are The Seven Steps To Self Healing? | Free Tips


This is the latest in a series of articles where I share some of the seven stages of healing itself.

Step 1 - Learning to relax properly

For your subconscious that you must learn to relax reprogramming.

The relaxation exercise will play the first of the seven stages of healing guides to help you relax. It also introduces the concept of its own testing laboratory (which is the creative mind) to help solve problems in all aspects of your life.

It shows how to make a very powerful breathing exercise.

Rhythmic Breathing

Step 5 - unattainable goals, ethics and morals, expectations and false identifications.

Step 6 - The religious and spiritual desire.

Step 7 - Final Judgment, Love and forgiveness

Now is the time to finally stop all the negative effects that excessive judgment, lack of self-love and forgiveness has caused. The decisions to restore peace and harmony in your body, mind, emotions and spirit.
